Zeff
Zeff is a hot-headed elderly cook with a magnificent mustache and blonde hair. He is the owner of the Baratie restaurant and the father of Sanji. Zeff is a very skilled cook and is known for his signature dish, the "Drunken Fish". He is also a very strict father and is often seen yelling at Sanji. However, Zeff does care for his son and wants him to be the best cook he can be.
