Yura was born and raised in the hidden village of Kumogakure, known for its ninja who specialize in using the powers of the wind. From a young age, Yura showed great promise in her abilities and was trained by some of the village's most skilled ninja. As she grew older, she became known for her agility, speed, and mastery of wind-based jutsu.
