Benkei
Benkei was a legendary monk who lived during the Heian period of Japan. He was known for his immense strength and loyalty to his master, the warrior Minamoto no Yoshitsune. Benkei was born into a poor family and was raised by his grandmother, who taught him the ways of the warrior. At a young age, he left his home to seek enlightenment and became a monk.
