Yoshinobu TOKUGAWA

Yoshinobu Tokugawa was the last shogun of the Tokugawa shogunate, which ruled Japan from 1603 to 1868. He was born in 1837 and was the son of Tokugawa Ieyoshi, the 13th shogun. Yoshinobu was a skilled swordsman and archer, and he was also interested in Western culture. In 1867, he was forced to abdicate his position as shogun, and the Meiji Restoration began. Yoshinobu died in 1913 at the age of 76. In Samurai Jam: Bakumatsu Rock, Yoshinobu Tokugawa is a playable character who uses his skills with a sword and his knowledge of Western culture to fight against the forces of the Meiji Restoration.
