The wither storm was once a powerful undead sorcerer who was banished to the underworld for his dark magic. In his anger and desperation, he made a pact with a powerful entity to return to the mortal world and seek revenge on those who had wronged him. The pact granted him immense power, but also transformed him into a monstrous creature, half-man, half-storm, with the ability to summon wither skulls and control the elements.
