Wenge Kong was born in China and moved to Japan to attend high school. He is a talented ping pong player and quickly becomes one of the best players in the school. He is also a bit of a loner and doesn't really fit in with the other students. However, he finds a friend in Peco, another ping pong player who is also a loner. The two of them form a strong bond and eventually become rivals on the ping pong court.
