The Weapon Vendor, also known as "Old Man Grim," is a grizzled and weathered man who has been selling weapons in the town of Wortenia for as long as anyone can remember. He's a bit of a recluse, preferring to spend his days smoking his pipe and tinkering with his wares rather than socializing with the townsfolk.
