Walden Darling NW was a brilliant inventor and engineer who had created a revolutionary AI system that could automate many of the tasks in his factory. However, despite his success, Walden was a deeply troubled individual. He had suffered a traumatic childhood and had always struggled with emotional connections with others. As a result, he had become cold and distant, often coming across as aloof and uncaring.
