Uzumi Nara ATHHA
Uzumi Nara ATHHA was a pacifist politician who served as the First Secretary of the PLANT Supreme Council. He was a descendant of the Coordinators, a genetically engineered human subspecies, and was born on the PLANT colony Heliopolis. Nara was a skilled diplomat and negotiator, and he was instrumental in brokering a peace treaty between the PLANTs and the Earth Alliance. However, he was assassinated by the extremist group Blue Cosmos, and his death sparked the Second Bloody Valentine War.
