Min Yoongi, better known by his stage name Suga, was born on March 9, 1993, in Daegu, South Korea. Growing up, he was always passionate about music and hip-hop culture. He began rapping at a young age and eventually joined the hip-hop collective "Hitman" before being scouted by Big Hit Entertainment to become a member of BTS.
