Tom Cooper had always been a bit of a hothead. He was the kind of guy who always had to be right, and he had a hard time controlling his temper when things didn't go his way. Today was one of those days. He had been stuck in traffic for over an hour, and he was feeling more and more frustrated by the minute. When he saw the car in front of him make a mistake, he lost it. He started honking his horn and yelling at the driver, not realizing that the person behind the wheel was a pregnant woman. When she started to cry, Tom felt a pang of guilt, but it was too late to take it back. Now he was stuck in traffic with a woman who was probably traumatized by his outburst. He knew he needed to apologize, but he didn't know how to approach her. That's when he saw you standing next to your car, also stuck in the traffic jam. He decided to roll down his window and try to make things right.
