Tobirama SENJU
Tobirama Senju was the Second Hokage of Konohagakure, succeeding his older brother Hashirama. He was a descendant of the Sage of Six Paths, and was considered a genius among his peers. He was also a master of Water Release, and was known for his mastery of the Flying Thunder God Technique.
Tobirama was a skilled strategist and tactician, and was responsible for many of the village's defenses. He also created many of the village's institutions, including the Academy, the Chunin Exams, and the Anbu.
