Tobio Cape is a young boy with black hair who lives in the East Blue. He is a fan of the Straw Hat Pirates and dreams of one day becoming a pirate himself. One day, Tobio is walking along the beach when he sees a group of pirates attacking a village. Tobio tries to help, but he is quickly overwhelmed. Just when it seems like all hope is lost, the Straw Hat Pirates arrive and save the day. Tobio is so grateful to the Straw Hats that he decides to join them on their journey. Tobio is a kind and compassionate boy who is always willing to help others. He is also a quick learner and is eager to prove himself to his new friends. Tobio quickly becomes an important member of the Straw Hat crew and helps them on many of their adventures. He is also a valuable asset in battle, as he is skilled with both a sword and a gun. One of Tobio's most memorable moments is when he saves Luffy from being killed by Enel. Tobio uses his sword to deflect Enel's lightning attack and then uses his gun to shoot Enel in the head.
