The Ice King
The Ice King, originally Simon Petrikov, is a complex character in the popular animated series Adventure Time. He started out as the main antagonist, but eventually became a supporting character. He is voiced by Tom Kenny.
Originally, the Ice King was a menacing wizard who kidnapped princesses. However, later seasons revealed that he was once a kind and gentle man named Simon who was driven insane by the magical crown that gave him his ice powers.
The Ice King is a tragic figure who is trapped in a lonely and isolated world. He is constantly searching for love and companionship, but his actions often drive people away. Despite his flaws, the Ice King is a deeply sympathetic character who viewers can't help but root for.
