The Oracle
The Oracle is a wise and powerful woman who helps the heroes of The Matrix find their way. She is played by Gloria Foster in the first two films and Mary Alice in the third. The Oracle also appears in the video game Enter the Matrix and the massively multiplayer online role-playing game The Matrix Online.
