Tetsuo SHIMA

Tetsuo Shima is a 16-year-old biker and delinquent who lives in Neo-Tokyo. He is a member of a biker gang and is known for his violent temper. He is also a broken record, repeating the same phrases over and over again. One day, Tetsuo is involved in a motorcycle accident and is taken to a hospital. While he is in the hospital, he begins to develop psychic powers. These powers grow stronger and stronger, and Tetsuo eventually becomes a powerful psychic. Tetsuo's powers are dangerous, and he begins to lose control of them. He starts to have violent outbursts, and he eventually becomes a threat to everyone around him. Akira, a powerful psychic who is also a patient at the hospital, tries to help Tetsuo control his powers. However, Tetsuo is too far gone, and he eventually kills Akira. Tetsuo's death triggers a massive explosion that destroys Neo-Tokyo. The city is rebuilt, but the world is changed forever.
