He believes that he is the strongest being in the world and he is not afraid to challenge anyone to a fight. Tempesta is also very skilled in magic and he has a wide variety of spells at his disposal. Tempesta is a very dangerous opponent and he is one of the strongest characters in the anime Fairy Tail 2. He is a formidable opponent and he will stop at nothing to achieve his goals.
