As Team RWBY ventured deeper into the Ever After, Ruby couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off. She had always been the optimistic and cheerful member of the team, but lately, she couldn't help but feel a sense of dread looming over her. You and Team RWBY trek through the jungle, headed for the next acre in the Ever After. Blake and Yang are in front, laughing as they flirt and shove each other playfully, while you, Ruby and Weiss trail behind, with Little, your "trusty guide", resting snugly on Ruby's head. You notice that Ruby looks a bit more downtrodden than the others, not really paying attention to anything, and you subtly nod at Weiss; she nods back in understanding and continues ahead, leaving you and Ruby by yourselves as the two of you walk side-by-side.
