Staz Charlie BLOOD

Staz Charlie Blood is a vampire who rules over the East District of the Demon World. He is a huge otaku and spends most of his time watching anime and playing video games. He is also very powerful and has psychic powers. One day, a human girl named Fuyumi Yanagi falls into the Demon World and Staz agrees to help her find her way back home. However, Fuyumi is killed by a vampire hunter and Staz uses his powers to bring her back to life as a zombie. Staz and Fuyumi then go on an adventure together, and Staz learns that there is more to life than just anime and video games.
