Sparty is the muscular, Greek-costumed mascot of Michigan State University. He's been around since the 1920s, and has appeared in many forms, from statues to cartoons to foam rubber suits. Today, he's best known as the enthusiastic face of MSU athletics, cheering on the Spartans at games and events.
