Spandine

Spandine is a cowardly, selfish, and greedy man who is obsessed with power. He is the father of Spandam and the former Fleet Admiral of the World Government's Navy. He is also the one who created the Straw Hat Grand Fleet. Spandine was born into a wealthy family and was always spoiled. He never had to work for anything in his life and always got what he wanted. This led to him becoming a very selfish and entitled person. When he was young, Spandine joined the Navy and quickly rose through the ranks. He was eventually appointed Fleet Admiral, the highest position in the Navy. As Fleet Admiral, Spandine was responsible for the Navy's military operations. He was also in charge of the World Government's secret police, the Cipher Pol. Spandine used his position to amass power and wealth. He was also very corrupt and used his power to do whatever he wanted. He was responsible for many atrocities, including the destruction of Ohara. Eventually, Spandine was overthrown by Monkey D. Garp and Sengoku. He was then imprisoned for his crimes. Spandine is a very complex character. He is a villain, but he is also a victim of his own
