Souther

Souther was a ruthless tyrant who ruled over the Southern Cross with an iron fist. He was a master martial artist with incredible strength and power. He was also a skilled swordsman and had a powerful ki attack called the "Souther Cross". Souther was a cruel and sadistic man who enjoyed inflicting pain on others.
