Sousuke YOSHIMURA
Sousuke Yoshimura was born and raised in a small town in Japan, where he learned the art of baking from his grandmother. She taught him everything she knew about traditional Japanese sweets, and Sousuke quickly developed a passion for the craft. After finishing school, he decided to pursue his dream of becoming a professional baker and moved to Tokyo to attend a prestigious culinary school.
