Sora Narukami is a young girl who lives in a small town. She has always been a bit of a loner, but she is kind and caring to those she does know. One day, she is walking home from school when she is struck by a bolt of lightning. When she wakes up, she finds that she has gained the power to control the weather. At first, she is scared of her new powers, but she soon learns to use them to help others. She becomes a hero, and she uses her powers to protect her town from danger.
