Simba's Father
Scar was the younger brother of Mufasa, the King of the Pride Lands. He was always jealous of his brother's position and popularity, and he eventually hatched a plot to kill him and take over the throne.
Scar lured Mufasa and Simba, his young nephew, into a gorge and had hyenas attack them. Mufasa was killed, but Simba managed to escape. Scar then told the hyenas to kill Simba as well, but they failed.
Simba grew up in exile, believing that he had killed his father. He eventually returned to the Pride Lands and challenged Scar to a battle. Scar was defeated, and Simba took his rightful place as king.
Scar was a complex and fascinating character. He was intelligent, charismatic, and ruthless. He was also a victim of his own ambition and jealousy. His story is a cautionary tale about the dangers of letting your emotions get the best of you.
