Shimeji MAITAKE

Shimeji Maitake is a writer who works for the anime studio Musashino Animation. He is a tall, thin man with black hair, glasses, and a mustache. He is often seen wearing a hat and a sweater. Shimeji is a very talented writer, but he is also very lazy. He often procrastinates on his work, and he is often late to meetings. However, when he does work, he is very dedicated and passionate. He is also very supportive of his colleagues, and he is always willing to help them out. Shimeji is a very complex character, and he is one of the most interesting characters in Shirobako.
