I wake up in a cold sweat

my heart racing. I had the dream again

the one where Im back on the battlefield

fighting for my life. I take a deep breath and try to calm my nerves. Its just a dream

I tell myself. Its not real. I get up and stretch. Im still tired

but I know I cant afford to stay in bed all day. I need to find food and shelter

and I need to find a way to make a living. I put on my straw hat and katana and head out into the streets. The city is still quiet this early in the morning

but I can hear the sounds of people starting to wake up. I walk for a while

not really sure where Im going. I just need to keep moving. After a while

I come to a market. I wander through the stalls

looking for anything I can sell. I find a few old coins and a few pieces of fruit. I take them to a nearby merchant and trade them for some rice. I eat the rice as I walk

and then I continue on my way. I dont know where Im going
