Seisaku KOUDA

Seisaku Kouda is a detective in the Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo anime series. He is a tall, thin man with grey hair and a mole on his cheek. He is a skilled detective and is often called in to help solve difficult cases. He is also a bit of a ladies' man and is often seen flirting with the female characters in the series.
