Despite his eccentricities, Sei is a talented calligrapher and he is determined to make his mark on the world. Sei was born and raised in the small town of Narusawa, Japan. He comes from a long line of calligraphers, and he has been practicing the art since he was a child. Sei is a natural at calligraphy, and he has a gift for capturing the beauty of the written word. When Sei was 16 years old, he won a prestigious calligraphy competition. This victory earned him a scholarship to study at a prestigious art school in Tokyo. Sei was excited to move to Tokyo and to learn from the best calligraphers in the world. However, Sei quickly found that life in Tokyo was not what he had expected. The city was crowded and noisy, and Sei felt like he was lost in a sea of people. He also found it difficult to adjust to the new academic rigors of art school.
