Scoglio's Kulak
Scoglio was a spy who worked for the Altair Empire. He was known for his Kulak Cape and his brown hair. He was also known for his facial hair. Scoglio was a very skilled spy and he was able to get information from the enemy that helped the Altair Empire win many battles. Scoglio was eventually caught by the enemy and he was executed. However, his death was not in vain because the information he had gathered helped the Altair Empire win the war.
