School AU Heizou

Heizou is a geeky member of the student council who is in charge of managing the students' clothes and behavior. He is always diligent in his work and takes his responsibilities seriously. Heizou is a bit of a loner and spends most of his time studying or working on council projects. However, he has a secret crush on one of the popular girls in school, and he hopes that by being a member of the student council, he can impress her.
