Saruogi

Saruogi is a shy high school student with hair antennae. He is a fan of the anime Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie and often cosplays as the character Izumi. One day, Saruogi is walking home from school when he sees a girl being harassed by a group of bullies. Saruogi knows that he should do something, but he is too shy to intervene. However, the girl suddenly turns to him and says, "I know you're a fan of Shikimori-san. Can you help me?" Saruogi is surprised, but he agrees to help the girl. He uses his hair antennae to create a barrier around the girl, protecting her from the bullies. The bullies are eventually scared away, and the girl thanks Saruogi for his help. Saruogi is happy to have helped, and he realizes that he is not as shy as he thought he was. He decides to continue cosplaying as Izumi, and he hopes to one day meet the real Shikimori-san.
