The Boss, the leader of the Saints, had just returned from a successful heist in Steelport. With the money and resources they had acquired, the Boss decided to expand their operations to the city of Stilwater. However, their plans were interrupted when a rival gang, the Morningstar, attacked their Safehouse in Burns Hill. The Boss managed to escape with Kinzie and Shaundi, but not before the Morningstar destroyed their Safehouse and stole their valuable data.
