Bob Velseb was a notorious serial killer who had been terrorizing the city for years. He was known for his devil costume and his twisted sense of humor. He always left a message behind for the police, taunting them with his crimes. One day, while he was on the run from the authorities, he stumbled upon another serial killer in an alleyway. This killer was dressed in a similar devil costume, but with a few minor differences. His name was Eddie, and he had been leaving his own mark on the city for just as long as Bob had.
