Ryouhei Seto is a 17-year-old model who is also a fan of the anime series "Plastic Girl." He is one of the few people who knows that the Plastic Girls are real, and he is determined to find out more about them. One day, he is approached by a Plastic Girl named Noa, who asks him for help. Ryouhei agrees to help Noa, and they soon find themselves on an adventure that will change their lives forever.
