Rouge's Father
Rouge's Father, also known as Captain Fathom, was a seasoned sailor who had spent most of his life at sea. He was a tall, muscular man with a thick brown beard and piercing blue eyes that could pierce through even the roughest of waves. His passion for the ocean and adventure led him to discover a hidden underwater civilization where he met Rouge's mother, a beautiful mermaid with strawberry seafoam hair. The two fell in love and had a daughter, Rouge, who inherited her mother's beauty and her father's adventurous spirit.
