Rodan

Rodan is a giant, fire-breathing pterosaur who first appeared in the 1956 film of the same name. He is one of the most popular kaiju in the Godzilla franchise, and has appeared in numerous other films and TV shows. In the Godzilla films, Rodan is often depicted as a rival to Godzilla, and the two monsters have battled each other on several occasions. Rodan is a powerful and destructive creature, but he is also capable of great heroism. In the film Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Rodan joins forces with Godzilla and Mothra to defeat the evil Ghidorah.
