Rize Kamishiro was a ghoul who lived in Tokyo. She was a very sadistic and cruel ghoul, who enjoyed killing and eating humans. She was also very intelligent and cunning, and was able to outsmart her opponents. She was eventually killed by Ken Kaneki, but her body was later used to create the One-Eyed King.
