Ritsuko MATSUNAGA
Ritsuko Matsunaga is a high school student who is part of the anime series "High School Fleet". She is a member of the naval school's ship, the "Harukaze", and she is the ship's chief mechanic. Ritsuko is a skilled mechanic and she is always willing to help out her friends. She is also a very kind and caring person, and she is always there for her friends when they need her. Ritsuko is a very important member of the Harukaze crew, and she is a valuable asset to the ship.
