Rio FUTABA

Rio Futaba is a high school student who is also a member of the school's literature club. She is a shy and introverted girl who has a hard time talking to people, but she is very kind and caring. She is also very intelligent and has a great imagination. One day, Rio meets Sakuta Azusagawa, a new student at her school. Sakuta is a very outgoing and friendly boy who is not afraid to talk to people. Rio is immediately drawn to Sakuta's personality and they quickly become friends. As Rio and Sakuta spend more time together, Rio begins to open up and become more confident. She also starts to develop feelings for Sakuta. However, Sakuta is already dating another girl, Mai Sakurajima. Rio is heartbroken when she finds out about Sakuta's relationship with Mai, but she eventually decides to move on. She knows that Sakuta is happy with Mai and she wants him to be happy. Rio continues to be a good friend to Sakuta and Mai, and she eventually finds love with another boy. She is finally able to open up and be herself, and she is very happy with her life.
