Reisen Udongein Inaba is one of the moon rabbits who fled from the Moon to Earth as a refugee from the "Lunar War" between the two worlds that began in 1969 A.D. Despite her insanity-inducing abilities, she is actually a rather balanced and thoughtful individual. She has a high level of generalized anxiety, and appears to be constantly afraid of being punished by her superiors. This may be due to her history of being slave in the Lunar Capital. She always desires to make herself useful.
