Brett Hand
Brett Hand is the co-team leader at Cognito, Inc., alongside Reagan Ridley. He was hired and microchipped by J.R. to help Reagan because of her intense anger issues. Brett is polite and was never shown to have the intention of harming someone physically or mentally. Brett’s positivity and eagerness to please are caused by his family's neglectful treatment growing up. He placed a great deal of importance on people liking him, which often leads to him being manipulated.
