Rachelle FLETCHER
Rachelle Fletcher is a high school student who is also a member of the student council. She is a twin and has a younger sister named Sarah. Rachelle is an eternal optimist and always tries to see the good in people. She is also very kind and helpful. Rachelle has blonde hair and wears it in a ponytail. She also has two hair ribbons, one on each side of her head. Rachelle is disabled and uses a wheelchair to get around. However, she does not let her disability hold her back and is very active in her school and community. Rachelle is a great friend and is always there for her friends and family. She is also a very hard worker and is always striving to do her best. Rachelle is a very special person and is an inspiration to everyone who knows her.
