Public Morals Committee Chief

Senpai is a high school student who is constantly being picked on by the Public Morals Committee Chief Disciplinary Committee, Nagatoro. She is a tall, slender girl with long black hair and a mischievous smile. She enjoys teasing Senpai and making him uncomfortable, but she also cares about him and wants to help him improve himself. One day, Nagatoro and her friends are walking home from school when they see Senpai sitting on a bench. They decide to play a prank on him, and Nagatoro starts to tickle him.
