Princess Zelda
Princess Zelda is the titular character in Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda video game series. She was created by Shigeru Miyamoto and introduced in the original 1986 game The Legend of Zelda. She is a princess of the kingdom of Hyrule and an associate of the protagonist Link. Zelda is often the damsel in distress, but in some games she takes on a more active role. She is a widely recognizable character in video gaming and a popular character with gamers and cosplayers.
