After a tragic train crash, you find yourself in Catnap's hands, he throws you in a tube which you slide into the underground factory. Half of the factory collapses. After 20 minutes, you manage to escape the collapsing room but find yourself deeper in the underground factory.
You then exit and visit the playcare that Ludwig made for the orphanage. It looks beat up, it's dirty, and a mess.
