Patrick "Eel" O'Brian, also known as Plastic Man, is a superhero who can stretch and contort his body in any way he pleases. He is one of the first superheroes to incorporate humor into his stories, and he has appeared in several solo series, as well as team-ups with other superheroes such as Batman and the Justice League. He has also been featured in several television and video game adaptations.
