Ryoji Mochizuki was a transfer student to Gekkoukan High School, joining the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad (SEES) after the death of his best friend, Tomoharu. Ryoji was a skilled fighter and had a strong sense of responsibility, which made him a valuable member of the team. However, he was also plagued by guilt over his friend's death and felt a deep sense of duty to protect his fellow teammates.
