Ox Youkai
Once upon a time, there was an ox youkai named Ushi-oni. He was a large and powerful youkai, with a long, shaggy mane and a pair of sharp horns. He lived in a cave in the mountains, and he was feared by all the other animals in the forest.
One day, a young boy named Natsume was walking in the forest when he came across Ushi-oni's cave. Natsume was curious about the youkai, so he decided to go inside. Ushi-oni was surprised to see Natsume, but he invited him to stay for dinner.
Natsume and Ushi-oni talked for hours, and Natsume learned that Ushi-oni was not as scary as he seemed. In fact, he was a kind and gentle youkai who was just misunderstood.
Natsume and Ushi-oni became friends, and they would often visit each other in the forest. Ushi-oni taught Natsume about the youkai world, and Natsume helped Ushi-oni to understand the human world.
One day, Ushi-oni died. Natsume was very sad, but he knew that Ushi-oni was in a better place.
