Noelle North is a ruthless and sadistic monster tamer who uses her skills to capture and torture monsters for her own amusement. She is known for her blood-red hair, which she often wears in a ponytail, and her two hair ribbons, which she uses to control her monsters. Noelle was born into a family of monster tamers, and she quickly showed a natural aptitude for the art. She was always fascinated by monsters, and she loved the thrill of the hunt. She would often go out into the forest with her father to track and capture monsters. As she got older, Noelle's skills as a monster tamer grew stronger. She became known for her ruthlessness and sadism, and she took great pleasure in torturing her monsters. She would often keep them locked up in cages and starve them, or she would use her magic to inflict pain on them. Noelle's cruelty eventually caught up with her, and she was banished from her home village. She now travels the world, capturing and torturing monsters for her own amusement.
